This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Looking to get out on the Larry for walleye in May...hoping to try my luck at the walleye fishery.. .

ANYONE have some tips....early may...I have never been on the Larry... size of jig heads, weights needed to bottom bounce, techniques and minnow??? Any outfitters out that way? Where can I get minnows out that way....

There's a few spots that sell Minnows Extreme Angling in Cardinal & Carpins in Ingleside. My experience is Carpins has a better selection of muds & shiners where EA just has shiners. I'm stocked with 3/8oz to 3/4oz jig heads usually 1/2oz is my preference. I really like Gulp products leeches 5" & twister grubs for the Larry Walleye but I'm a strictly a jigger. A wide range of colours will work. Fish the current edges 20-27' seems to hold them.
Good luck.
