Madawaska Walleye Regs... and New to he Forum!

Hey Everyone New the Forum, I was wondering if the section of the Madawaska River immediate to exiting Calabogie Lake , and through to Stewartville Dam (a,k,a Springtown/Burnstown) has a 2 walleye 19.7 inch limit. I know other parts of the river have this exception but I am having hard time figuring out if that section is included since the wording in the Regulations is somewhat confusing. To me this section is not mentioned ( but I dont claim to be a genius).I enjoy fishing walleye with the regular 3 under 1 over rules when trying to get eaters Thanks for any help
