No Outdoors show at the EY this year?

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

There were a few shows that have already passed. The Ottawa Boat show has basically got rid of the "sportsmans" part but there are still seminars. This is always in February.

As for other shows I have attended, The cottage and back yard show was last weekend and the Outdoor & Adventure Travel + Sportsmen’s Show is this weekend. I think I went to that one last year. I probably will skip out on it this year. It wasn't a terrible show but I have other things I would rather do this year.

Adam covered it. The Carp show went away for a variety of reasons but the big one was the building costs priced them out of that. It's now in Richmond first week of April but it's more of a Gun show.

Truth be told, I think you are better off heading to Toronto or Montreal when it comes to outdoor sportsman's shows.

I headed up to the one in Toronto last year and it was great. You just have to make a trip out of it.

I don't find they advertise any shows other than the boat show. Only reason I saw it was I went to double check what was going on at the EY center. I knew that Aim was at a show last weekend, I just could not for the life of me remember what it was called.
