Lower Beverly or Charleston first crappie

Lower Beverly or Charleston first crappie

Hey guys looking to go out this weekend for my first crack at crappie fishing, trying to decide between lower Beverly or Charleston lake. Online it says there are crappie in both water bodies but since it’s my first go it’s probably best that I go to a waterbody where my chances are best. If anyone has experience in either of these lakes I would appreciate the input
