Clyde river levels

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Clyde river levels

Post by andrew1234 »

I fished there 2 years ago in late summer. The water was about 10-15 meters lower than normal. Mud flats everywhere. I think it was due to hydro dam maintenance? Just wondering if the levels are back to normal. Hoping to fish there next Monday.

Cheers

bit late to post perhaps I was out on the clyde last monday and the water was a decent level. although that was before this heatwave

interestly (or maybe not) i broke my shear pin hitting a rock in the clyde 2 years ago when the water was down in a place where there shouldnt be a rock, on Monday i broke my shear pin near some rocks because i was looking at soemthing on shore instead of the water!)

can i ask where do you put in on the clyde?
