Halloween River Monster Hunting

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Halloween River Monster Hunting

Post by JimW »

Well since yesterday was Halloween my buddy and I went on a little road trip in search of Monsters, River Monsters!!! With Mark Currie of Advanced Bassin Plus !!! The fish were not cooperative to start with on a chilly morning, I guess they were practicing social distancing, but we kept at it and in the end put a few River Monsters in the boat. Today was the last day of the Quebec sturgeon season, so will have to wait until next year to battle these prehistoric monsters again.

I definitely agree, cannot wait to go again next year. Plus if travel plans work out try my luck at some BC giants next summer.
