Just figured I'd post this here for folks that live around Ottawa.I talked to Serge Carriere the other day and again this year he will be selling minnows out of his home near Bayshore. Right now he has Emerald and Common shiners for sale. For those not aware and new members it's by appointment only so you will need to phone ahead to make arrangements. If he won't be around he will often leave the minnows with O2 in a bag for pickup with his wife Lynn handling it. His cell is 613-791-7435.
