muskrat ice conditions/travel

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

As of this morning, there is probably 14-16 inches of ice. My friend lives there and he's been all over the lake on his sled trailering a toboggan and no slush issues.

Looking for info as well. Planning on heading up this weekend and hoping to gain access from Waterview Rd.
Can you drive on from there?

I was out today got crazy windy fun getting the pop up set up and taken down. I only caught a couple smelt. Didn’t even have 1 laker mark. No top water. Lots of ice never actually measured but at least 12. There is a small area plowed on the ice to park. Goodluck, Hopefully you get some!

Thanks for the info! Sounds like it was a tough day out there. Hopefully the conditions will be better next time I'm out and I'll have better luck.
