I am a new member, looks like a lot of action on this site.
I wanted to let all the guys in the Ottawa/ Smiths Falls area know about a small Pike and Pickrel derby on May 14th.
This is a going to be a fun derby, we have some pretty good prizes for top 3 fish in each division, but no cash. I am running this derby as a fundraiser.
All the proceeds are going to a fund.The Rotary club in Smiths Falls is raising money to send a local guy to China for eye surgery, some special stem cell thing that is not allowed in North America.

PS the Crappies have started a friend caught 25 nice one's, and I caught a dozen today.
