OFS Evening Fishing 2009

Post by Todd B. »

Well the soft water season is just around the corner and once again in conjunction with the OFS I will be organizing the "Evening Fishing" outings to various locations around the NCR. Hopefully the weather gods will be kinder to us this season.

For those of you that are not familiar with the "Evening Fishing" program, it basically provides opportunities for local fly fishers to get together for laid back evening of fishing, socializing and exchange of knowledge. Experienced fly fishers are always happy to provide assistance to anyone new to the sport.

Cheers,
Todd

I voted Tuesday.

I promise to get out more than the one Tue Night Fish I made last year.

And you'll be parked off the dam at Appleton the other days? LOL ;-)

Not that I'd expect to change for just little-o-me... but Tues will never work for me, Wed or Thurs are perfect... I'll wait and vote the most popular non-tuesday-day...

I just came into my first fly rod and reel and will be needing a little practice. Let me know when you get to Appleton Beach I could use some instructions 8)
