Suggestions for Fishing on Remeberance Day Afternoon

G'day,

I am thinking I might try to getting in some fishing after going to the Rememberance Day ceremonies.

I was thinking of trying the Rideau down around Billings and Carleton to see if the toothy critters are biting. I was just wondering what the waterlevels are like. The Ottawa looks high.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
