Mayfly activity

Its seems like the mayfly activity has picked up. Sunday evening I saw what I believe were Isonychia. I saw three different types of behaviour, up /down flight , mating flight, and depositing eggs. They seemed to be most vunerable to fish when they were hopping on and off the water depositing eggs. The fallfish were launching them selves clear with full speed rises. This evening I checked spider webs on the bridge and found blue wing olives and a first time for me to have Ephoron {white mayfly} in hand.
Sorry this is the best pic I could manage with the phone.
