I'm back from a fantastic fly fishing trip in Florida, just in time for a totally unnecessary late winter storm. I managed to catch Mangrove snapper, Pompano, Crevealle jack, Red drum, Spotted sea trout, Snook, Whiting, Silver perch, Pinfish, Spanish mackerel, Flounder, Bluefish, Ladyfish, Gafftopsail catfish, and a Lizard fish. Top Fly the clouser.

Way to go. Must have been a riot. Did any of them hit the dinner plate?

Cheers

Mostly C&R, but I would often keep one for supper. I cooked redfish, pompano, and spotted sea trout. All were good, my favourites were the Sea trout close second were the Pompano.
