Thanks,

I don’t throw spinnerbaits very often but when I did I used these two rods

The I used for lighter spinnerbaits, usually burning them in shallow water for smallies. I threw soo many different types of baits on this rod, senoks, poppers, jerkbaits, lighter T-rigs, swimbaits, spinnerbaits, tubes. lighter tip but very solid back bone

The 744 I used a bigger Colorado bladed baits ½ and ¾ oz. mostly threw them on the Rideau, lots of pike and musky, the rod handled and big fish pretty well. This rod is very sensitive and served mostly as my flipping rod, ½ jigs or a creature.

These rods and in excellent shape, these are my last two dobyns. I dont have a bad thing to say about Dobyns awesome rods, just made the switch to Megabass and prefer all my rods to be one make.

If only a rod could speak, I remember purchasing that 683, 3 or 4 years ago.
Probably my favorite at the time for jerkbaits.
It then made its way over to pops arsenal, many fish were caught on that rod, and he primarily used it for spinnerbaits.

Great times, and hopefully more fish get caught on that beaut!
If fishin ain't your mission, then you can kiss my Bass!
