If you do end up getting one I know of a great river that it would be perfect for.

Joco, I'm sorry to be so rediculously reckless and lack any kind of seriousness regarding the topic but.......

Any husky fellow, with a generous amout of "insulation" in a body suit and helmet with a spear gun can not only run any rapids, ride topwater but also become submersable, unlike a standard boat.

(I'm kinda asking for it, considering we're supposed to go spear fishing this summer). Hmmm, raises the Q, do I need a Quebec licensce for that?

hi kpin......

if we go in the quebec sector, yes we will need one. a quebec license.

but we could go on the ottawa river quebec side....its legal but we wont see more then 3 feet in some sector, the water is realy murky.

so i do recomande clear lake to spear fish.......and there tons on the quebec side bud...

KARMA.....i did took a look a the portaboat site today..do look great.

but the ones i am looking for are made off plastic and not foldable...its one piece.hard plastic....its the same as a little aluminium boat but mabe beter and in plastic.

can t wait to see your portaboat karma.......soon .soon.
