Hey guys, I just got an older 14' aluminum. Got the leaks all fixed up and now i'm ready to start customizing it. I've got a few plans and ideas for it, but if anyone has any pointers/ ideas/ pics of your home made fishing machines/ input of any sort i would really appreciate it.
send me a PM.
Thanks guys.

Here are a few pics of my 12ft cartopper project
I've been exploring a few idea's for seats but have not come to a conclusion yet.
I don't mind bouncing some idea's back and forth if you have the time... my new roof rack on my recently bought CRV is taking precedent over my boat right now but the seats keep breaking on my boat... I think I'm going to buy one instead of taking barstools and office chairs...
This is how the seat is setup now... except I cut it short as it was too tipy high up like that...
I had the idea to mount what used to be the foot rest upside down under the front deck with a bolt to stop it from hitting the bottom of the boat. This would allow it to be hidden... here it is right side up. All you would see is a hole and I would be able to remove it as I need all my parts to be removable for the the roof rack... but my 12footer is too tippy... maybe your 14 could do it?

UF
