Hitch - Ford Escape

Post by pchilli1 »

All,

Anyone recommend a trailor hitch installation location?

Got a quote from Ford for $575 all in. Seems a bit high.

I have a 2010 Ford Escape.

Cheers,

P.

You could try Uhaul or do a quick search online for local shops.

Where are you located?

You could try Stittsville Trailer or if you want to come to the Quebec side there's L'expert de la Remorque and Attach-Remorques Gatineau.

I got quoted from UHAUL a few months ago. About 300$ for a Sierra 1500 without trailer brake. About another 100+ labour for trailer brake.

Try the "hitchman" on Cyrville rd He did my Focus back in the day . The guy is the craziest old coot I have ever met but does good work.

He has a .........expanded vocabulary so leave the kids at home. And if you are offended by vulgar words for annotomy....stay home.

But did a good job .

I guess it all depends on where you live (are located).

I got mine done at Stittsville Trailer, I believe it was under $400 taxes inc.
