Went for my first ride yesterday!
61.3 MPH
Boat had no tackle, live well had no water but the batteries and dual talons are installed.

There was some good chop as well!!

3.5" P2P, we measured it before going out and 14.5" 24P Raker 2 if I'm not mistaken.
I was expecting 58-60 with the less than ideal conditions and the talons.

can't wait to spend more time on the water !

She's home!
:banana-dance: :banana-dance:
Thanks to Pirate Cove Marina for all the work they put in, Moe and Brett are top notch!
:handgestures-thumbup: Not to mention they are now board sponsors! :handgestures-thumbup: :handgestures-thumbup:

Wow ... That is a whole lot better than the Ranger.
Was it Pirate Cove that did the trimming?

Shawn,

That's a great speed. What was your Roms at during WOT?

Do you think there is more in it or is that good enough for you?

No matter how you look at it, that is a great speed right off the bat. I doubt you will want to play with the setup too much.

Looks great and can't wait to see it in person.

Adam

If I can get a break from work I'll be out on the water again before leaving for Champlain.
Adam, I really wasn't paying attention, I think I might have seen 57005950 RPM?

Frank and MarcAntoine, I can't wait to put those boats side by side.
I want to compare props and engine height  See if we're both at the right height.

Brett was nice enough to show me the Prop to pad measurement and we marked it on my JP for reference.

You guys going to see this boat before I leave for NY?

Looking through these pictures made me realize I'd never posted the Ranger on here

A Talon and a 360 have been added since this picture was taken. Also swapped out the electronics for Humminbird Onix's this spring.

This is my rig with an "off brand" 15hp-ish Eska rolling at about 35 km h.

I am in the process of hanging an 18hp Johnson on the back of this yacht! Should take me over 45km h or so!
