Humminbird 571 HD DI Transducer

Hi guys - I've got a Humminbird 571 HD DI portable that I use on my canoe and my little tinny and it was giving me bizarre depth readings during an outing a couple days ago. On closer inspection I noticed the cable immediately above the transducer is frayed. Does anyone have any experience repairing transducers, or even know if they're repairable? If not fixable, does anyone out there in the community have a transducer that would work with my model that they'd be interested in selling? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thx.
