Princecraft boat

Question. Is there suppose to be a hole in the centre rail of the boats bottom of hole ? It is approx 1/4" hole smooth to touch

If your talking the centre rib,and the hole near the stern, then yes i believe so.
For 162 the rib is riveted and there is a small hole near the stern end , lets water drain out that gets between the rib and the hull. You dont want any trapped water to freeze in the winter.
