Jon Boats, who has the best price and selection around?

Post by Alex Bull »

Hi,

I'm looking to get a Jon boat, but one with a front deck and space for a bow mounted trolling motor, as well as a live well. Tracker seem to have what I'm looking for, but I wanted to see if there are any other brands out there that I should look into.

Thanks
RJ

Lund makes a great Jon boat, Pirate Cove likely has some in stock.

The Crestliner Retriever is really nice, good boats and have what you mentioned. There are a few Crestliner dealers around

Its not really about price as much as quality when looking at boats as width and aluminium gauge is important. I agree with RJ on Pirate Cove and a Lund as you get a quality boat with a resell value if you decide to upgrade in a few yrs. You can add a front deck portion to accommodate a trolling motor.
