Couple of nice Muskie from the Head Pond

This is where it's all going on. One can ask for advice or general information or simply chew the fat about fishing tackle, tips, and locations.

Couple of nice Muskie from the Head Pond

Post by BillyBones »

Haven't posted here in a long time. If Mike P reads this send me a PM. Lost your contact info.

Got out fishing with my son and his buddy from Texas. They were up here for a goose hunt but they wanted to
try for a Muskie and the Head Pond produced for us with a couple of decent ones. A 32 inch and a 38 inch. Since
they only had one day to fish and I was the guide, I'd say we either got lucky or this old fart still knows how to put
them in the boat. These boys from Texas thought they were in heaven.

Holy - look who came back... Good to see a post from ya Billy -
Nice pair of skis. 2 in a day is a great day, and when it is the only day, even better.

Be careful out there at the headpond. Lots of thefts happening at the boat launches. Someone just had some lowlifes break through their tonneau cover and had everything stolen while they out for a boat ride. Lost all their fishing equipment and tools etc.

Let the thieves come, I have a tiny security camera hooked up to a DVR.
Would love to catch them in the act. Would post their pictures here.

Nice stuff Billy. Please do post that video if it happens. Public shaming is way more lucrative than anything the law will do to them.

Nice Muskies for the Texans.
