Millhaven Ferry

Hi

I will be in Bath for a couple of days and have an opportunity to fish around the ferry. The problem is I have no ideal what to target. This is my first time fishing this area any info would be great.

I bought it used so I have no ideal about waranty. The oil was just changed and this model I was told by George's marine has no oil filter only a gas filter.

Cleaning Crappie

Hi all

I have never really targeted crappie but I do know of a few spots that hold fish. I was wondering what is the best and easiest way to clean the little buggers. Fillet or just scale them.

Just a fair warning the roads and campsites maintained by the Cononto people require a permit for camping and if not camping a permit for use of the road. The permits are sold at local stores. St.Pierre Lake and Shiner have very easy access. They are both right off the paved road. Both are stocked annually St.Pierre is specks and Shiner is Rainbow.

Well the lakes in Calabogie are open and the specks are biting. We stopped at a few lakes and all were open for buisness.

Buzzer I was at Scully lake ,Limestone Lake and Shiner Lake in Calabogie Saturday and everything is still iced up. :cry:
