hey all. just got a humminbird 3651 combo for my bday. going to rig it to be portable (small 12v and a bracket to hold the transducer if it will work) but was wondering if anyone has any thoughs on this unit? have not had muc experience with fishfinders.

Hey all. Just got a humminbird 365i combo fishfinder/gps. Anyone have any thoughs on this unit? Also looking to get a chip for it and since I fish 95% of my time on the detroit river i was wondering if the hotmaps gold ontario chip has this? any chip suggestions would be great. jebby

hey all live in windsor fish the detroit river. sat morning will most likely be my last trip out b4 i get my boat ready for winter. looking for perch mayB musky but never really fished this late in the year. any advice on depth structure, bait, presentation ect...

thanks for the info guys. around here its pritty much sit at a hole in a marina channal and jig up some perch. cant afford much but thinkin a hand auger (hopefully i can find one used) and a few rods will do (have line and jigs and stuff)

congrats got my first this year too. fished them with no succes for almost a month till i gave up and got a 30incher fishing smallmouth the first trip out lol. mannaged a few smaller ones since but still looking for a beast as well.

hey guys im on a students budget so looking to keep this easy on my wallet. well just got into musky this year and always casted for them. as fall rolls around down here in windsor i the bass slow down and the musky explode. hoping to spend some of my bass time trolling for musky in my 14 foot tinny...

think this is a great idea and if it was in my neck of the woods would be all over it. sadly im in windsor lol. i suggestion if u guys do do this would be use real line. possibly make it one kind or supply something but no need to break off a bunch of times and kill a bunch of fish over crap line.

good stuff im gunna pick some up soon. as for morning i have some twistertail and lizards and what no (you know the kind assorted made by god knows who) and a pack of black with white tip YUM dingers. any thoughs on them (gotta hold me over till thurs when i can afford a pack or 2 of senkos.
