Guys, you need it all, license and I-68. The I-68 is needed as soon as you enter US waters, wether you anchor, land on shore or not. The border patrol can be viewed often during the day in the Morrisburg area.

Out this am for some eyes, caught 4; 1 on a jig, 2 on spinners and 1 trolling. No bad for tha aftermath of a cold front. Also had the camera out and seen 3 sturgeons, what a sight.
