Hey guys, I'm heading out tomorrow, which do you think I have the best chance at, the ottawa near arnprior as shown on the map project, or at buckhams bay? I want a good chance to catch some walleye's along with whatever, I just don't feel like getting skunked ya know. Any opinions are welcome. and ...

Don't have a depth finder, is it very deep at the flats? is there a drop off that is good for walleye?

Oh, btw.. heading out towards the main river you said, I assume this is obvious right, I should be able to tell when I get there?

where is buckhams on the ottawa? where abouts were you?

never got lucky with the eyes on ottawa , usually catch the catfish

Is that the dam you go by on hwy 17?

How do you get to the launch from there? I assume you head up towards the dam right to fish?

I have a trailer up on golden lake this year, but didn't know about walleye...

I heard it is supposed to be really good up around rockland area, but I have never gone there,and I wouldn't know where to go.

I wouldn't mind finding a good spot myself.
