Normally Joco, I'd have to say you're crazy to want the ice back so quickly but I've had more luck on the ice this year than from the boat so it may not be that bad of an idea.

Mainly fish the Ottawa at Shriley's Bay (?) near the rifle range mainly for walleye and pike (but I'm hoping this message board helps me expand my species list). Its the only launch I know about. I've had decent luck there during the winter so I'm hoping it carries over to summer.
