It's been a long time since I've last been on the board.
As you can see from the topic, I'm looking for any fishing partners out here on the east coast.
As well, I'm interested in anything anyone can tell me about shore fishing around downtown chtown harbour.

Was there today with my daughter! had great weather. Not too heavy on the bugs yet. The water level is low around the casting bridge, so we went down the falls trail to an inlet and casted it with lures....no worms....we both cought a nice LM each and let them go. Got smallish pike to the boat side at constance lake this summer, only to have the line snap and take my mini green spinner with it. 2 hrs later and pretty much on the other side of the lake, I got the same fish with my spinner tightly top hooked with 3 feet of line!

Was fishing the ottawa up river from britannia bay. Wading out at the standing reed edge. First hour or so, I got 2 smallish pike and 3 sunfish. Hour 2 is nothing for the first half. Change lure to a bigger diver, 3 casts and I think I'm into a nice pike....NOPE.... thank god for braid cause this th...

I just mixed up a batch of the prev. recipe to soak my tubes in. will post some results. July 31. So I mixed this stuff up, got some un sented 3in pumpkinseed tubes soaking in them for 24 hrs and hit the water. Didnt seem to make a difference at all........so I took the remainder of the mix, and us...

Just wondering.
For me I'll take a day of 5lb smallies over largies any day!

nailed about 20 small pike and 15 bass with at least 3 being over 4lbs!!
