If your staying at Lazy Acres and want to get into Birch lake, which I would recommend, than leave from the dock and stay to the right. You will come to a bay with another rental place with cottages that's snug harbor. Go past it and the creek will be right there in front of you (Mitchel creek). If ...

I would go with getting a tester....I would check to see if there is current coming from the vehicle connection ( running light wire, signal wires etc..) if all turns out ok then you have it pinned down to a trailer problem. If not, you know its your vehicle.

good luck with it

I didnt fish wolfe that much during the open water season so i didnt get to see any changes in the weeds etc. Im pretty sure there is a walleye stocking program or there was one anyway through the cottage association. That was my understanding but I could be wrong. Im not to worried about the lake y...

Nope not yet, I have heard that they have dropped their price by a couple hundred grand though. I have a feeling its going to be hard to sell it. Wolfe has been slow, so has bobs, and almost every other lake around, there has to be something with this year that has slowed the walleye fishing down.

Nope never made it out for the howl, once again I had to work. Fishing has been really slow this year for everyone, so I hear anyway. I have had a couple good trips but most times its been pretty disappointing. I haven't heard who won or how big the winner was yet either.

ya we thought it was kinda needless, but it would have just given into what they would have wanted, plus we were only going to be staying out another hour or so.

How much room was there to fish around this creek coming in? If its a huge creek with lots of ice around it to fish then I would say to close. If its tiny then it may be different. The fact that there was no one in it makes it a little more o.k. but really, if there was lots of room its kind of need...

Were the apples gone? Was there a trail or just a couple tracks? Was the wind in your favor in regards to the trail? There could be a lot of factors, one being that Marlborough forest likely got pounded with hunters for 2 weeks not long ago, that will definitely make the deer a little nervous and a ...

Anybody else hear anything about the MNR scrapping the muzzle loader and controlled hunts for next year?? I have heard it from more than one person. If you are only going to use it for the muzzle loader season you may want to look into that before you buy one and find out there is no season in the u...

I have a 16ft crestliner mod-v and I love it. I use it for fishing and duck hunting. All last fall I had it out on the ottawa river right till freeze up, I had no hesitaion to take it out on the windy rough water days at all. It actually really surprised me how well it handled. It is extremely stabl...
