I'm usually catch and release, but every once in a while I or someone in my family has a craving for a little fish feed. Nothing wrong with satisfying that order with a couple bass, especially smallmouth as they have a nicer taste than largies, in my opinion.

I personally have no problem with sharing spots and detailed info on tips to catch them. Had the rod buzz and line arching into the air thing happen in the middle of Lake Erie once. Lightning came and all you could do was put down your rods and curl up in the bottom of the boat to ride it out. That sucked.
