I got some nice smallies at bronson bridge from shore they gave a good fight
i also lost one, I also made my way to hogs back i caught 1.5lb walleye using a grub and bouncing it off the bottom but this was last week.

I bought a manual auger off used ottawa just for $25 that should do the trick

I guess ill catch them and store them in my old big aquarium i don't use any more.

I tried it today around 2 - 3:30pm and not a single bite, I was using grubs and bouncing them off rocks, nothing. I switched to minnows and nothing. I guess it was a bad day for that spot.

sorry there are no motors are aloud on that lake, well thats what i heard

dont lanch at the lauch ramp in the harbour, well if you do go stright pass the island and stick to the edges to the right until you head near the dam stay away from the center its about 1ft-2ft depending on the waters, my first time there i screwed up a prop

yeah i also caught many pike with the same wound marks but not that big of a mark, dam them rays
