Thanks Peppino. My problem wasn't with the trailer swaying. While trying to brake on wet roads, even at low speeds, the trailer was heavy enough that it pushed my truck out into the intersection (truck brakes were locked up). Scared the $%^* out of me. The speedometer on my Lund stopped working late last summer. I'm told that it gets it's speed input from the motor (2004 Yamaha F90C) from a pressure sensor on the front of the lower unit. I fish the river a lot between Casselman and St Albert. I've never fished for carp there but I ususlly see a few everytime out.
