If you're talking about this weekend, the Larry is the only opener to be had. I've only fished out of Cornwall, below the hydro dam. Usually pick up a few, but it could be hit and miss with the colder spring this year.

Rideau next weekend (may 12). Friday May 18 for the Ottawa river.

Water level at Kars

Anyone lauch at the Kars rec center lately? If so, any issues with water levels in the creek? I assume the dock is pulled.

Once again I seek the collective wisdom that is Fishhawk. Given Wendover will be abuzz with tourney boats this Sat, I was considering new waters....potentially Madawaska lake via the Claybanks launch. Is this launch a problem? What about all the stump fields I hear about? We're interested in targeti...

Launched there last Sunday no problems. Water IS low though - watch the back bays.
