Well finally managed to hook up with my good buddy Doug. Out to Davies for the evening fish. 2 Walleye, a gator, perch and a bull head.

Small lake between 3rd and 4th Depot lakes near Verona ON. One of my pickerell hot spots(sometimes dont want to get my foot to far into my mouth).

Well my daughter has informed me we are going fishing on Saturday, so weather permitting we will be going to Davies. Anyone wanting to meet us/join us is welcome. I will have my 10" jiffy and know where the fish are in this spot. Only thing that will xnay this is cold wind etc.

Went out on Upper Rock this am, off to the right of the boat launch. 7" of ice out from shore, 5" about 10 yards off shore, little punky. Got stripped off twice, had on hit on set line no fish. Less than stellar.

Drove by today tracks on the ice etc... Thought I might go out for some pocket splake...

Was out on the hole again this afternoon. 3 Walleye, 4 large rock bass, 1 Large Sun fish and 2 bull heads. Strange afternoon fishing. Lost one of my better lures at the hole to a larger eye.
