I telephoned Carleton Place Town Hall and discovered the launch fee of $7 will not be enforced this wk end. The dock is out but launch still operational.

Use the $7 to buy a Starbucks coffee...maybe!!

Can someone give me directions to the launch located on the head pond -Madawaska. Apparently near Anrtum truck stop. I have put in at another one near the old Boeing plant and not great.

Plan to fish it Saturday with my son.

How about holding the event on a Saturday and run til 4 pm. Next day can be spent with family (or fishing). Same format with help collecting money at another launch.
