I am heading up to Muskrat lake for the day on Saturday, I am planning on starting the day trolling for lakers, which side of the lake is best for launching and to start fishing from. Coben East side, or toward Pembroke West side launching at Muskrat river.

Any help would be much appreiated.

We launch just outside Barrhaven off of strandheard and use a electric trolling motor and a 10 ft boat. We carry the boat down beside the bridge and go.

Awesome muskie fishing in that river.
