I'm know mechanic but the carberator may need a good cleaning. Google it,lots of people can do it themselves. I see you changes the tank and hose(bulb?),will it keep running if you sqeeze the bulb keeping gas going to it? Is your tank vented? Normally though you can run a bit before it bogs and stal...

Most times leaks can be fixed by simply replacing or rebucking your rivets, not that hard,a friend really helps though. I've heard truck liners are heavy especially with smaller outboards. Look up a product called "steelflex"epoxy, you can put it to the outside of your boat.Makes the boat su...

I thought it was a law to help someone in distress? Maybe it's not the same in all provinces. There are already laws on how fast you can go as well as littering and damaging people's property. People that disregard them are going to do so weither they are in a fishing tournament or not.Theres doorkn...

I don't think you will fry your motor running one battery but you probably will run out of juice, depending on how hard you use it in 9 hours.
The 2 same batteries(Ah and age)in parallel, would be the way to go.

How bigs your boat?
Just run a length of PVC under the back of the frame, attach with long u bolts.
I used 2-60 degree connectors(matched the angle of my boat) and then the uprights.
Glue them together, cheap, simple and plenty strong.
My boats a C1652V,with a 40hp,guides are plenty ridgit.

Riveted aluminum boats, flex. JB weld doesn't want to. Try finding the leaky rivets, either re buck them or replace them, with proper solid rivets, not the type you but in with a rivet gun. After you replace or re buck the rivets, put some steelflex on the bottom or waterline, that stuff is tough as nails...

Re buck the rivets...theres rebucking tools but you can use a 2 hammers with a friend to hold one.
Do what buddy said, put it on the trailer fill with a bit of water find the leak, may be around the drain as well.
Maybe some 5200 marine as well to help, that stuff is tough.

With guide-ons,centering is alot easier.
I just took some ABS(1.5") and 2-60 degree elbows.
One length along the back of the trailer with 2 up rights, held on with u- bolts,,,just make sure you buy the right glue.
95% of the time,I'm by myself,wind/current,centers everytime...C1652V modV.

This is pretty important.
Your boat must be fiberglass then?
If not the copper in the pressure treated wood will be a problem.
