Change for 100?

Re: Ottawa River Reg.
Not an issue as long as you're following Québec's rules on live bait and possession limits, etc. while in QC water. They were trying to mirror the regs in border waters but not sure if that has happened yet. Also they do not recognise the senior license, so if you have an over 65 that fishes with no...

Re: Ice conditions on Ottawa river at Petrie beach
Cumberland Bay maybe? Baie Noire is across from Wendover.
Saw a few guys out there over the weekend (I only drive by it)
Lots of guys in the narrows (part above the legend on the map) even saw some cars and trucks out there.

Re: Good time fishing lure?
A week with no replies, times have changed for sure. Just spent a week fishing everyday and even with a full tacklebox and thousands of dollars in lures I barely changed my set-ups. I said I was going to, wanted to but just knew eventually what I was using would work so I just kept doing the same th...

Re: Madawaska Lake Muskie
Madawaska Lake? Pretty sure you're talking about the head pond of the Madawaska River. Yup big Muskies in there for sure. Couple years ago a 50+ took down our chapter outing, caught trolling right in front of the dam if I remember corrctly. Last time I was there a local was asking about our day and ...

Where are you that it's not -20 degrees.
Out on the Great Lakes in a tinny mid January no surprise you're the only one's out there.
"spring" king still a couple months away from that.
Bring a camera next time....

Twins!
Been a while since I've seen any fish pics on here so I thought I'd share a couple of dandies that started off our 2018 season. Opening day was a long 13 hour grind before we decided to troll for a bit...well about 20 mins later Mike had a nice one grab the bait and the line started peeling, He jump...

Re: municipal Boat launch?
You can use them now.
The floating docks that extend the launches are probably not in and won't be until the end of May. So you won't have them to tie off too but putting the boat in wouldn't be an issue at either launch you mentioned.
