Re: Claybank / Head Pond
This is great initiative Blake, Thanks! Are you able to confirm if this will be happening at Claybank and Boeing Launch? Seems Boeing has a lot of drive-byes of suspicious cars still, that is where I have received the most theft and damage to vehicle. As for what Grey-Thunder mentioned - Ya, Antrim ...

Re: Arnprior Head Pond
Fish any weeds you see.
Just to add to Smitty,if parking at Baskin launch/ Boeing launch, make sure nothing in your car/truck is visible, make sure they can see right down to the floor mats, and hopefully they don't want those.

Re: Lebaron 40% off closing sale
I go there a lot because I live around the corner and they did not do this. They would of had to individually price everything by hand. This and the other thread...You guys are brutal Now now now, don't be like that, try to find the humor in it, that's all I did. I find it funny that the items I ta...

Re: Lebaron 40% off closing sale
Raise item value by 40% behind the scenes, put signs around the store that read "Save 40%"...........classic! Sounds like a typical spring fishing show.

Same as above, PB could be one of a few, but here’s some of my favorites on PDEEZ lures.

Re: if its true..
I'm a little surprised at the positivity being shown towards LB, I must have had very bad luck. Their absence of any kind of Inventory Management system always drove me nuts, they sold the items, but, could not tell you where they were, or if any were coming in, or when they were coming in. Customer...

Re: Cool markings
Hey there That is a nice paint job on that fish! Hopefully she was brave enough to get a pic with it, I’ve heard those get called different things; chain pike? Grass pike? Those handles are fairly old school mind you. For reference, here is a “hybrid” or Tiger Musky. http://www.fish-hawk.net/downloa...

Re: Claybank launch robbers are at it again
The marks on the locks look like a pipe wrench was used to force them open No doubt, one of the pipe wrench's they stole from my tool box........................ which was locked in my truck last year at Baskin Dr. launch. Worst part of this is that we pay to use Claybank. I see the "pass poli...

Re: Parking fees at White Lake boat launch
I wouldn't trust for a minute that you wont get a ticket for just parking....why...because I know for certain it happens. What's the story behind this? No story, just the fact that I know people who have been ticketed for parking at other McNab launches. Confirmed, people have been ticketed sans bo...

Re: More Thievery in Arnprior
I second Smitty. Maybe the thieves will think twice if they get their teeth smashed in once or twice. This is the best, and my favorite solution, unfortunately the lil bastids, sit in their car and wait for it to be clear, they also come with a look out car that drives around the corner and waits a...

Re: More Thievery in Arnprior
Man oh Man does this burn my arse. Is there even a solution? Several incidents reported to police over 2-3 years, still an issue. Yes there is. Stop fishing there. Let all the Mayor know know that you won't be fishing in Arnprior, and won't be spending any money there, and if any one asks about Cla...
