Checked on that battery and it is fully charged. It runs my Vexilar just fine. It is a little smaller then your original battery (only6.5Ah) but PM me if you want it.

If you're going to crack it open go to the Source or any other electronics shop and ask them for contact cleaner. I think that Canadian Tire even sells it. Die electric grease works great. If you don't have any grab some Vaseline, it'll help slow the oxidation.
