Fish shallow for the most active fish. 5-15 FOW is the most productive for splake in this neck of the woods. There are two good access points to the lake: Beveridges Locks boat ramp and Yacht Club Conservation Area boat ramp at Rideau Ferry. Both are plowed out nicely and lead over to the same general area out on the lake. There is a bit of top water in spots now but the ice in the middle is near 20" ...
