first attempt at ice fishing?
Headed to the cottage; small lake north of here where it is always colder. not sure if I'll be able to fish or not. Defintly not in the dark that's for sure. There are a couple of spots from shore I might be able to get on where it drops off with a rope tied to me and a tree. Also thinking of slidin...

Auger for a few reasons. You are going to have difficulty using a chainsaw through three feet of ice; gonna look like you're open-pit mining. Secondly, that's to much water in then bar, engine, etc. Perhaps an old beater chainsaw would do but you'd need to dry it out quite well. My new Husg ain't go...

lets say they are like trucks; sorta like the Honda El Camino. Not a truck, but rather like a truck or has some characteristeics of a truck. then again, a Safari is GMC and they don't really make trucks either; they are like trucks. Great look what we, er rather I started; a Ford / GM debate. My F-1...

Sent to Canadian Sportfishing
I just sent this off and am quite unimpressed... I was just watching Italo pretty much kill a huge pickerel by yapping about his motor prolonging the fight then keeping it out of the water WAY to long. What is wrong with him? He put the fish back in the water and it floated upside down, then he pull...

Ian, I was debating on Iron silk or Sensation and after nailing the pickeral with cranks on the baitcaster with Iron Silk I am going to throw Iron Silk on my rod for lakers. Virtually no stretch so when a fish hits it will come off the downrigger. Good diamter line for the clips too. It's green; any...
