Slow eve last night.. 2 small eye's. They were barely tapping the minnow last night. Funny, seems allot of times when it goes from a low pressure (snow) to a high pressure system (clear and really cold) the fish turn off... Maybe its just me but defiantly something I have noticed... You're right on...

There are about a dozen trout lakes on the Quebec side of the river that are open every year in the winter from Dec 20 to March 31.
