Happy New Year! has anybody been to WB this week?
Hey Guys!
Happy new year! It's another hard water season and I'm back!
Just wondering if anybody knows how the ice is in WB? Planning to go out for afternoon and evening fish today for my first time out this year. Just don't want to start with a "swim"!

Throw the back
As a rule everything I catch is live release, with the exception of being away and having a shore lunch planned which is a rare event. I believe in preserving the spawning fish to keep up the numbers for the future. As for sunfish, we return them all, they are the greatest thing to get kids hooked o...

Cable recall
There was a recall on some GM truck tailgate cables, check with your dealer.
I think it was on the 2002 GMC Sierras and Chev Silverados. I did get a letter and had mine changed at no cost.

heater problems
Hi Joco, It sounds as if your water is flowing through the heater ok, and the resistor only affects the fan motor. In the event that the fan works good and the heat is equal in the hoses, the problem may be with the controls in the dash or with the doors that move the air through the heater. I will ...

water levels
I just drove in from Moose Creek, The Nation River was overflowing it's banks and there were two ice shacks on the river, one up to it's windows in water and the other one floating on it's side. The last time I drove that way the river was frozen over but now it's wide open.

PLUGS
I only change mine every 100 hours, and when I take my plugs out they're pretty clean. This is the third winter on these plugs, but I will change them in the spring. I've never had any problems with my Merc 4 stroke.

Hey Joco, Follow the heater hoses and you should find a valve in the hose near the firewall Sometimes they seize up or the cable controlling it is no good. Run the engine untill the thermostat opens, feel the hose before and after the valve and see if they are the same temprature. If so feel the ret...
