Any boat with a motor over 9.9 hp should have a vessel registration. It has a spot on the back for transfer similar to a motor vehicle ownership. Markus, Sounds like fuel to me. Does it do it all the time? Can you back off then get it to rev again for a short time again? It isn't consistant. Markus, Sounds like fuel to me. Does it do it all the time? Can you back off then get it to rev again for a short time again?
