Just to clarify here, I have never fished with Steve and I'm afraid I don't know him either. I think I may have met him once though. I have seen him post elsewhere too, just like I'm sure I have seen many others from this board post on other forums at other sites. I agree there is obviously a proble...

I love when people attack others on a public forum from the safety of their homes cowering behind a computer screen. This is a message board where individuals post information and discuss opinions. From what I read here Steve didn't start anyhthing, he posted his opinions, backed them up with some p...

Good post Steve, lots of good info to back it up as well. I am glad however that it is a localized problem and not something carp anglers need to worry about all over the province. I also just love it when people try and argue a point to death. Sometimes those people's opinions are just better kept ...

Hungry Bay is part of Big Bay, I have spent countless days fishing on the Bay of Quinte. I live here. I never hear of people saying Hungry Bay is where it's at for early season walleye fishing period. I have spent many days over the years trolling in Big Bay, I have caught them in the Hungry Bay are...

16 years old and you own that boat? It sounds like you should be giving us financial advice, not us giving you tips on how to get some free bags of worms and gas money. Seriously though, I have had sponsorships that have paid entry fee's, expenses and incidentals. It's great and necessary whe...

While I have owned a Princecraft in the past and loved it, I would say the Lund is a better built boat. I know this will ruffle a few feathers but there construction is very strong and the new IPS hulls really work well. There may be few more bells and whistles on the Princecraft for the same dollar...

If you have the room get yourself 2 batteries. A cranking battery and a trolling motor battery. You will get more life out of both batteries that way. As long as your main engine has an alternator and charges your cranking battery, you will only need a charger for the trolling motor battery. If you ...

There are always some walleye's in the Bay. They are usually buried in the weedlines through the summer. The mouth of the Moira and the Trent are really good in the late fall and early spring. Other that that, like I said, there are always some ey's around but not the numbers you would think. At tha...
