Calling all non-powered watercraft fishermen in the area
Hey guys, I have been giving this a lot of thought and I think it's time to start a social group of paddlers. This social group will start as getting together at a centrally located venue (bar) once a month to talk about fishing, plan outings together, etc. Once this group starts to grow we could st...

Re: Musky fishing on the Madawaska...
Musky is the fish of the 10,000 casts. As for being choppy, well depends on the wind conditions, but so far it looks like it will be a good day. That's right. There used to be a sign on the road pointing to the launch. I haven't been there in years. It's off White Lake Road.

Otownyaker, the idea is going for musky, but nothing says you can't try for walleye. A multi species outing should be even more fun!

Re: Kars is open!
Crappie Bay was closed according to Ozile's. That's why I hit Kars. But yesterday I walked by the river at the en of Champlain Dr. (across form Place d'Orleans) and came up to a bay (thawed out) that seems promising. Very easy to get kayaks in.
Cheers!

Hi guys, I know I posted asking for advice on open water and added a line if someone wanted to come along. I apologize for not replying to the PM but I didn't want to setup a group of people only to get to a spot that still has ice. So I decided to venture out by myself. But first I made a "qui...

How to mount electronics on different vessels
Hi guys,
Here's a video I made for people that have several boats/kayaks/canoes or any combination of them and only one fish finder. I hope you find it useful!
See ya'll on the water!
