Surprised my son with a fishing trip to Lac Nilgault for an early birthday gift. It didn’t disappoint eventhough the bite was slow with the ice just being off the lake the previous weekend. Only 1 pike to show as they hadn’t moved into the shallows yet but managed to get 30 lakers over 2 and a half ...

About 8 inches of ice last I was out. Usually fish 30 feet but always varying the depths

Thats is correct walleye boss. A smallmouth and soon to be walleye hotbed.

Out bass fishing with my dad and son on the weekend and my uncle flew his drone over top while my son was hooked into a nice 3 pounder. The structure is just incredible and a smallie hot bed!
