I have no problem if someone offers an open seat with the conditions of; Must be filled in the next 10 minutes!
Who cares?
I know it is like; "Darn gosh gee willikers .. I wish I could have taken that open seat with Mr. Wilson. But, doggone it.... I have to white wash grandma's fence."

I read Penthouse Forum sometimes.. and I read about guys getting into a 8-way with the Swedish National Nymphomaniac's Volley Ball team... I wish I could have... but gosh darn it... I am married, over weight and ugly.

2 - If you cannot take the open seat; do not reply to a thread offering one?

Ok guys time to call a time out 
If people dont like the way open seats are being done, just don't read them. Its that simple. For me and most others the way it is no works fine.
I also liked to see the people that are interested but couldnt make it that time. I would shoot them a PM the next time I was looking before I posted

Open seat offerings in any circumstance are a great thing in my opinion. As for a seat "only being open to members of your clique". WELL YEAH! I'll take someone I know on my boat before I take a stranger. But I usually go with first PM in my inbox gets the seat. That's it that's all, and that's how it should be.
