i gave him one of mine...splake dont reproduce so i will eat them but only a couple feeds a year...if it was a spec or a laker it would have been released...also if i caught a splake and matt asked me to put it back then i would have out of respect for his lake being that he showed it to me....does that answer ur question bud? no offense to u 24/7 cuz id kill to go fishin with u man...ur like my hero on here...nice pics bud

The Ministry, Clearly states "Fish accidentally caught during the closed season must be immediately released back to the water".
taking the time to take a picture isn't immediately releasing it back in the water....
anyways just to clarify some things for you...
the regulation book usually answers alot of questions, some people don't even bother reading it.
